STAR WARS
OK, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I was accidentally sucked into the Star Wars craze last Sunday evening. Since all decent Sunday night programming was pre-empted by the extra special showing of Episode 17-The Attack of the Clones, I made myself watch about 20 minutes of it. Actually, I was holding the tamarin, which was sleeping, and the remote was not within arm or helpermonkey reach. Anyway, I watched the big battle scene where Kermit the Frog flies in to rescue everybody except the robots. Evidently Kermit suffered some sort of stroke during one of the other 14 episodes because he now talks like a retard.
So, I felt pretty bad about wasting that time, so I decided to make up for it by doing something this week that was perhaps a bigger waste of time.
- First, I visited the Liberace Museum.
- Next, I joined the figure skating fan club of America.
- Met George Michael in a park restroom.
- Stopped by the Mirage to check on Roy and take sauna with Siegfried.
- Went to a Turkish Bath House with that older, chubby guy from Trading Spaces.
- Flew a kite.
- Visited lovely Key West.
No matter how hard I tried, there was nothing I could find that was gayer than watching Star Wars. Finally, I did come up with something though, I met a new friend named Terry the physician, and we went out and enjoyed us a baseball game.
